Commercial. Shower pan was cracked and leaking. The trap was rotted out. We ripped out the shower pan, jack hammered the concrete, replaced the galvanized with ABS, back filled and poured new concrete, set new stand-in shower pan.

Locked juvenile correctional facility. 2017.

Leaking inground home gate valve. Exposed the inground mainline home gate valve. Replaced with an updated 1/4 turn ball valve, buried and replaced the concrete cylinder with an updated irrigation valve box. Triple Moon for pure enjoyment because I am awesome. 

Kingston Brass tub filler faucet was leaking.

Removed old hardware, replaced with new. 

Homeowner did not wish to replace faucet, as this one is not up to Code, per tub spout is required to be above flood level rim. 

Repair not replacement. 

Project in the middle of remodel. Picture taken after tile was replaced. Floor was exposed as Homeowner did not wish to open ceiling in their living room. Installed all new drain line, new water lines to feed freestanding tub filler, thermostatic mixing valve and Kohler freestanding tub. 

After installation, Inspector required venting be 3' above the roof line.

So, there ya go. Painting for UV protection left to Homeowner responsibility, per customer choice. 

Commercial project due to fitting being back graded and causing backup. Opened tile and concrete, exposed 3" main sewer, repaired fittings to slope, backfilled and patched. Customer was responsible for tile replacement. Pizza Hut. 2018.
